1. SMS Program Description

My Wedding Trivia ("we," "our," or "us") may offer SMS/text messaging services to provide order confirmations, account notifications, game reminders, and promotional updates related to the My Wedding Trivia platform.

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from My Wedding Trivia. Message and data rates may apply. You are not required to consent to SMS messaging as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

2. Opt-In & Consent

You may opt in to receive SMS messages by:

• Providing your phone number during checkout
• Providing your phone number when joining a game via lead capture
• Explicitly requesting SMS notifications through your account settings

By opting in, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile device and phone number provided, and that you agree to receive SMS messages from My Wedding Trivia at the number provided.

3. Message Types & Frequency

Messages may include:

• Transactional: Order confirmations, payment receipts, account verification
• Service: Game reminders, event notifications, support responses

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 5 messages per month for promotional content, and transactional messages as needed based on your activity.

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You will no longer receive promotional SMS messages, though you may still receive essential transactional messages related to active orders or account security.

6. Costs & Carrier Information

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. My Wedding Trivia does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier's standard messaging rates may apply. We are not responsible for charges from your wireless provider.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include but are not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and other major U.S. carriers.

7. Privacy & Data Use

Phone numbers collected for SMS messaging are used solely for the purposes described in this policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.

8. Liability Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, My Wedding Trivia and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Delays or failures in receiving SMS messages due to carrier issues, network outages, or device incompatibility
• Any claims related to the content of SMS messages
• Data charges or fees imposed by your wireless carrier
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data

By opting in to our SMS program, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not opt in or reply STOP to unsubscribe.

9. Changes to These Terms
